Make sure to eat something before your appointments. Wear comfortable, loose clothing that can roll up above the elbows and knees without cutting off circulation.

If you are a New Patient, please check your e-mail after booking to fill out the Initial Assessment Form and the No Surprise Act consent form prior to your first visit. These forms are paramount to helping me understand your starting point as well as protecting your rights as a patient. Please note that if these forms are not completed by the scheduled start time of your session, your appointment will be rescheduled to a later date and you will be charged in full for the session.
